Fleckney Sport Centre's New Build Site/Floor Plans

With the new build of the Fleckney Sports Centre soon to get underway, here's a floorplan for those that may not have seen it yet. As you can see, there is plenty of available space for multiple activities and sports, although I'm wondering if they've considered gym classes (Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi etc) as well as an equipped gym with weights, running machines and so on. I don't see any delimiting mark for the gym implying it's one big space and you can't hold classes while other users are working out 🤔. Also, the bleachers seating (if the space is to scale, barely 2 meters) is pointless, you will literally be on the Basketball court. The architects, (Clague Architects) - designed the Leicester Riders Arena (currently called the Mattioli Arena), so hopefully it will look great and work well 👍
