FleckneyToday is a true labour of love, built and maintained by dedicated volunteers to serve as a vibrant digital heart for our village. Bringing this Community Hub to life, and keeping it running smoothly, requires significant personal time, ongoing effort, and investment in essential software and hardware. These operational costs, though necessary to provide a reliable and feature-rich platform, are not insignificant.
If you find FleckneyToday a valuable resource for connecting, sharing, and enriching our community, please consider contributing. A single donation, or even a small, low monthly subscription, can make a huge difference in covering these vital running costs. Your support ensures we can continue to offer and expand the services that make our hub so useful.
FleckneyToday is run as a not-for-profit venture. Should your generous contributions exceed the monthly operational expenses, any additional funds will be gathered into a dedicated “Village Pot.” We believe in community-led initiatives, so a transparent poll will be held, inviting your ideas and input on how these surplus funds can be spent directly to benefit our village or local causes.
Your contribution not only keeps FleckneyToday thriving but also directly invests in the future of our beloved Fleckers.
